The Japanese regulatory agency (FAMIC) has approved the product ﾎﾜｲﾄﾘﾎﾞﾝ (White Ribbon) registered by the Japanese company SDS-BIOTECH
This new product is the first plant protection product to mix the active chlorthal-dimethyl(DCPA) well known as a herbicide and the fatty alcohol dodecyl-alcohol used in other countries (e.g. USA) for tobacco sucker control.
This product must be applied as a 30 to 50 times diluted solution after the tobacco topping operation.
This approval has already been included in Homologa®.
