On May 18th, the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) raised the MRLs for Fluxapyroxad and Oxathiapiprolin through the enforcement of GB MRL 2021/002 Decision documents. The modified MRLs have been published in the GB MRL Statutory Register and thus are in force since that date.
The active substances/crops combinations concerned are:
• Fluxapyroxad/”Various root crops and coffee bean”
• Oxathiapiprolin/”Various commodities”
The mentioned MRLs are already updated in Homologa®.
